doesn't chicken sound so much better with rice?

now turkey is better with mashed tatters, but I still think chicken goes with rice much better

only problem would be the wine. traditionally speaking we match the meat to the wine. I am drinking red wine tonight so thats sorta a miss. I do like red wine in the winter though, well not winter yet, but it is getting cool out.  Trans to beer for dinner and be back to wine soon...
