Really caught my eye. This Japanese Maple tree was in the neighbors yard. A very large Japanese Maple at that. The color was more intense seen in person. Most of the other maple trees around here, including the Silver Maple, are turning a golden yellow color. I couldn't just walk away from this one without at least getting one shot of it.

I noticed that fall colors seemed to get started later this year -- only now are they peaking, here in PA.
