I read once this image is used in prisons to determine the mood of prisoners. Though this is a still image it appears to be moving. The faster the movement means aggravation. Moving pretty slow to me.

This has always been one of my favorite optical illusions. I guess I should be happy that the thing barely moves for me. :)
