just spent about an hour carcassing the bird (remember I cooked a turkey last night)
guess some goes to waste, but thats ok, most in the house won't consume the dark meat (come on it all turkey) So this is what's left, bones and such...
I did manage to dig the stuffing out and though it was me that made the stuffing I have to say its some good stuff (no dun intended)
No, I promise there are no fingers in the meat, just turkey lol.
