Wasting more than $60,000

Man is arrested in Kentucky for having 30 lbs of pot. Not only has this been a waste of police officers time and efforts it will also tie up the court system for some time and when the man is found guilty (of what I am not sure) and goes to prison he becomes a burden on the tax payer. Lets find a better answer; legalize pot, tax it and then not only have we created a $60,000 job for the man, the produce he sells adds to the tax dollars for the government, has freed up jail space for a real criminal, etc etc

By definition growing, selling and smoking pot is not a crime!
