As I see it: God, Earth, Mankind and all that. "God" however you see him creates the universe and all it contents but needs like. So he crefully constructs the race of dinosaurs. Thinks "wait, this isn't going to work with the tiny people I have plans to make.... so we have to scrap this creation; too large and too mean.
