Being this is my all time favortite band, dark side of the moon wish you were here and animals to their credit, I love this song, a spacey mix of hard rock phsycodelic rock and just plain wierd.
The lyrics are syntosised and hard to understand, but in essence are:

quite exteme until you realize this is Pink Floyd doing Pink Floyd at their best. kudos
