Dinner at my Place...

I'm not sure what I did that was right, it may not have been god to be blessing me even. Something about God and Pork just doesn't register with me. Perhaps its the "not kosher" rating on pork. Anyway... I cooked a pork roast, I believe it was pork shoulder I had. About 2 lbs, and quite affordable. What I didn't realize when I bought this meat it was the cut of pork I have been searching to find again. This is the fall apart, pulled pork I really enjoy. Cooked for a few hours, is so tender... I know, I'm that special idiot everyone likes to make fun of, I'll shut up now. Happy Cooking
