Obamacare: as said by my BLACK neighbor "God Damn you Fucking Nigger" and that is a quote!! As I said over a year ago, "They will find a way to take your tax return away from you" Was I right? Hell yes. That or the $2000 it costs to "Buy" health insurance. First president  to make a law to Buy something. And still you tell me Insurance Companies don't run this country? First comes Insuring your vehicle... well ok, I can skirt that by not driving... but Health Insurance? the only way to skirt that is to die... is there something wrong with this? HELL YES!!! Yes it is fair to give the poor and retired a break but to cost the average hard working American about $2000 a year is to say the least "Unconstitutional". Well, after all, it was a terrorist who devised this law. Hussein Obama?? How the hell did this Terrorist get into office to begin with? Oh yea, the American voters are idiots. (sorry to offend anyone) but... fuck you. just like the Government is doing with Social Security. You do realize if you die before collecting SS the government keeps your money (taken out of Your PayCheck) < do note the caps in there. And just take a look at all the other mismanagement of tax money. Need I do on? If government were a private industry it would have been out of business long ago. Mismanagement, over spending, poor budgeting, Company waste, over spending, over budget, poor employee management, the list goes on and on and on. I think it is high time to take up our arms (which the government is always trying to take away) and over throw the tyrants that claim to be running a government "for the people and by the people".

Christmas or Eve?

     My main question is why do some exchange gifts on Christmas eve, rather than Christmas morning? 

a) According to the story handed to me, Santa Clause goes out Christmas eve to deliver the gifts. How would I open the gifts before they arrive?

b) wouldn't this be sorta like writing a check on New Years eve with tomorrows date on it?

c) doesn't this effectively change the date of Christmas to the 24th? and if we keep the tradition wouldn't the 23rd be better day to celebrate? make that the 22nd.. 21st, 20th, 19th, 18th... 

d) I think to confuse people we should do it on the last Sunday of December. If the date of his death is a variable, should not his birth be as well? 

e) out on a limb here... Muslims don't get the day off, they don't believe in Christ... same would hold true for Atheists. 

f) Can I (wanting to conform with the rest of society) celebrate Independence Day on July 3rd?

g) What about my birthday?

h) What does his birth certificate say about his date of birth?

i) As long as we are covering this subject; what about BC vs AD, what about the 33 years he was alive?
j) where did this idea of an overweight elf come into play?

Just some questions to ponder on...

Just for those not sure which side of the fence to be on, I know Santa is real cause the cookies and milk where gone in the morning... if he wasn't there (even though we didn't have a chimney) where did the cookies and milk go?

While I did not start this post as an advertisement, the above link did bring to mind the one process in lawn care that should be included in any lawn care program; core aeration. Speaking of that if you spend money taking care of your lawn; water is essential to a healthy lawn. TURN ON THE SPRINKLER!  

Wait a minute...

Ok, hold the boat for a minute. It's now LAW to have health insurance... This is you know the sketchiest insurance there is... When needed to be called on, its generally "too late" and when you die the insurance co pockets the left overs. The insurance company has nothing to gain in this law? And now I am being TAXED for NOT having this insurance?? This whole Obamacare thing stinks of Unconstitutional.

 And for those who in question of TAXED on something I don't have... You are fined on the Form 1040, resulting in a higher tax burden for NOT having health insurance. 

The answer is so simple

     I have been around for a good while now, and have seen the good, as good as it gets, and I have peered down the other side too. I hope that this writing will strike a chord with some. 

     If you want to get rid of the drug cartels and you want to keep drugs out of your childrens hands; some will still fall through but, take the crime out of the drug problem. Legalize drugs. Plain and simple, if you can buy it from a reputable outlet why in the world would you still buy it on the street. And yes there is a criminal element in the drug trade. Duh, its illegal. If it weren't the criminals would have no need for it. Remember back to the 1930's, alcohol was illegal, thus making some people very rich. Now I'm not saying drugs are not a problem; however I am saying its not a legal problem. The problem is a social problem and does not need legality or lack there of as an additional problem. Now, if you take the money being pumped in to fight this losing battle keeping prohibition as the answer and turn it toward a proven remedy (sobriety) I think you will get further in your battle against drugs. As was mentioned before, prohibition creates a business and our government has had dealings of this sort before (days of prohibition). So it does seem unlikely that our government would make the same mistake twice. Yet, drugs become a legal problem rather than a social problem. Are you seeing the same circle I am? Just my take on solving a problem.

     But really give it a thought, instead of paying you are now making money.  Actually is a "no brainer."  75 or so years chasing, arresting some, locking up others and still, if my desire is strong enough I can find some. Did we not learn in the 30's if you make something illegal and people still want that item; it can be found. No taxes involved; being illegal your average Joe does not set up shop. Someone is going to make a profit. This is where the the cartels come in. Are you familiar with the name Al Capone? Well, lets dig our heels in and fight this so called drug war. The expenses cover the entire gamut. Control, investigators, arrests, court, and lock up just to name a few. All because this plant has "mind altering" effects. Should we throw catnip into the mix of "schedule A" drugs? Let's say we look at this in a different light. Drugs are a community/social problem, not a legal problem. Typically a "crime" is something the hurts and or costs money to other people. For one, drugs don't seem to fit this profile. The "need" for a drug may cause crime but that is really another issue. However, marijuana is not and I will repeat "Not an addictive substance". Too many studies do back this statement. Really, think about it; using taxes to help keep an addict satisfied makes more sense than using tax dollars to fight a losing battle. Getting off track here though. Is Colorado falling apart? As I last heard life is still pretty good there. And you can actually get a Rocky Mountain High without breaking the law.

Does this truck have Criminal stenciled on it?

Needing quarters for the washing machine here at the complex; I took a short venture. Uptown across from Stanbury Park  to the car wash. Feed the machine a 10 and get my quarters. Proceed to wash and wax the little truck. Yes, the dragon needed a bath. On the way home I pull into above mentioned park, pull to a stop in the sun to help dry the dragon. I then back into a parking spot in the shade for a quick coffee break. I had no idea I had broken the law. Shortly; say 5 minutes in; the Sheriffs Deputy pulls in and stops right in front of me. The officer (use that word loosely) approaches my truck and asks for id. Now everything with the vehicle is legit, save for the missing front license plate. As I hand him my drivers license he asks "Why do you hang in the park so much?" I answer out of respect and courtesy "Well I live about 2 blocks that way... and like to come to the park once in a while." He proceeds to tell me its a nice park, but there is a dark side here. I think it was at that point he asked me do you have any needles in the truck. By this time I felt violated and harassed. Is there a law about hanging out in the city park? I did, at one point think that is what parks are for. After about 25 or 30 minutes the cop did hand me back my license, at the same time asking "Have you ever been arrested for drugs?" Ensuing a brief conversation of a possession charge back in '81. Obviously he has "privy" to these things. Before he walked away there was the question "no weed in the vehicle?" Needless to say my 'coffee break' was ruined.  Oh I forgot to mention there was one comment about the missing front license plate. When told I would replace it in a month when my registration comes up; he responded "thats just the registration, you can get a sticker." I did respond well I am getting plates since I need a front one. (very bizzare if you ask me)

United Socialist States of America

     A twist on an old Beatles tune... Welcome to the USSA... Barack is our leader... term limits? A dictator has no term limits. Why is congress so afraid of this man? Or is it a conspiracy? The man is a fraud... If you don't see that go back to school or learn what Truth and Justice is really all about. I am guaranteed certain "inalienable rights". If health care is one of these rights why do I have to sign up for it and why is it costing me money to have this right; and why will it cost me money to "opt out" of this right? Richard Nixon resigned to avoid Impeachment, all he did was have microphones hid in a room... Forcing me to buy something I don't want to buy is in my book is Tyranny. I thought our "right to bear weapons" was supposed to be a cure for this. What happened to following the Constitution? Have we forgotten where America came from and the lives lost to secure our freedom? Separation of Church and State? is this unless it includes the Quran? Is it inhospitable to display my countries flag? Should I be worried about who is offended? I was born here, and I am a "natural born citizen"  Beyond the fact that he really shouldn't be president; as an illegal alien shouldn't he at least leave me to worship my beliefs?

     Ah, you say he has proof of being born in New Jersey... I mean Hawaii. Wasn't the proof provided AFTER he had time to produce such documents? Trust me here, you don't hide something that is in the right and legit... His birth documents were hidden under court order... RED FLAG my friends... I personally thought his first term to be less than par, I wonder how he made it to his second term? Unless the American people have just lost all trust in the government and are willing to just let the chips fall where they fall. 

Doubts and fears

      I have a problem here, the president of the United States needs to be a natural born citizen. I am talking to people saying what's the big deal. Well let me tell you; the big deal is this is a prerequisite to being the president of the United States. It's not like you can skip education and be a doctor or skip training and be a plumber or not graduate high school and  go to Harvard University. I have serious doubts that President Obama I was born in the United States. He covered is birth documents by court order you do not cover something if you do not have something to hide.

Uncle Sam Wants You (to be ineffective)

A post, a common blog post about Uncle Sam and how it conflicts with all known logic and reality that involves our "duly sworn" elected officials. Take for example, taxes. Not so much a complaint about paying taxes, but why do I wait for "my" money to be returned to me at the end of the year. Which, by the way, is the beginning of the next year and Christmas having gone by at the end of the year, my tax return doesn't really help my cause all that much. Just look down the list, well I know I don't have a list on this post, but you know what I mean... Everything you get the government to do they do far less effectively and cost managing. What the heck... It's not "their money"! Its yours and they can spend it on what ever they think they want to spend it on. Bringing me to the real point of this post.
        Now in a way to say "I want you more than anyone else" I decided to "up" my cell plan to include MsNeo and her daughter. Everything on paper looked great, the cost, the increase, etc etc... I do wonder why my  savings have to be in rebates rather than a cut off the original price... At the end of the transaction, I was to receive $250 in rebates. In steps Uncle Sam.... Rebates are procured using the ever famous, slow and ineffective "Snail Mail". The guy at the cell store (yea like I'm buying cells) was great, he filled out the rebate forms, stuck them in envelopes, and even stamped them, all I needed to do was put a return address on the envelopes, and drop them in the mail. Great, I am thinking; just a little wait and I will have my cash. And wait I did, and wait and wait... are we seeing the ineffective route this is going... So I am walking into the apartment today and decide to check my mail. Upstairs I go, put on the reading glasses, and meander through several envelopes. Junk, junk, junk, Jas (my daughter, lives here but doesn't, Jas again, oh.... 2 from Verizon. Bills I'm thinking; well what do you know, the rebates came in. Well 2 of them, I am supposed to get 3. The day after the cell extravaganza I go to the public mail box, drop these 3 envelopes in and today I get 2 back. I think, wait; I'm supposed to have 3... I call Verison (you know the cell store) talk for a while the gal on the phone tells me "yes they have all been processed, I think you will be getting the other any day now. My point here is this; if I drop them all in the same mail box, at the same time, same day shouldn't they all be processed and in my mail box the same day? Well ok, not such a big deal... how bout the time I mailed my "medical restriction" card info in the mail, expecting to get that little card a few weeks later and instead the Ohio BMV sends me a notice of Suspension for failure to turn in my renewal information? worse than that.... I send the new info to them waiting to hear the suspension has been "acquitted" and received no such letter... upon calling the BMV was told "your drivers license is fine and up to date". I know its not just me, in all my dealings with said "Government" things are haphazard, ineffective and costly.
        Just don't get me going on how I think child support should be run through a bank rather than the "jobs and family services" ie WELFARE department of the Government. Been on both sides of that coin, and I tell you, men, if you think they are bad with you, try wearing the shoes of the woman you are paying support to.
